Big goal for last week was to ride my first 300km ride and finish by midnight (7am start). Happy to report that I came in to the finish line at 2336.

I feel surprisingly decent - no muscle soreness, no saddle sores, had some brain fog/fuzziness but that has passed after eating returned to normal. I had quite a bit of nausea towards the end of the ride so I didn’t force eating immediately after or yesterday and just ate to hunger and I’m pretty sure that dip in consumption combined with a little sleep deprivation was why I felt fuzzy.
