I am looking for a reasonable priced web designer to produce a website for a new bike manufacturing business. Any recommendations?
I might be able to help depending on what you’re looking for. If you just want a simple graphical driven site, with a small page count and no flash I can set you up at a reasonable price. If you want a lot of flash animation I’m not your guy but there are probably other people on here who can refer you.
A few simple sites I put up recently. Again these are more for looks versus a ton of content. 2nd site, the jewelry site is not up and running yet, just the main page and the bracelet link are up and neither is complete as the client is still working on their end. 3rd site is a local bike shop, simple site as well. man we (Candes, a friend and myself) almost got attacked by a huge local guy with a baseball bat the other day. He got pissed as we were dropping down over Hanauma and a car caught us half way down and didn’t pass as we were going pretty fast, full tuck and all. This other guy in a huge Ford 350 gets behind him and starts laying on the horn. They both pass as we pull off on the uphill and they yell “get off the Fking road". We see them pull into Sandy’s and as we’re approaching the other guy with us is about 50yds ahead or so and we see this huge 300+ lb local guy covered in tats running out towards the road. He gets right on the shoulder as my friend is approaching and then all the sudden out pops the bat! So my friend does what every smart cyclist in that situation would do. He rides right up to the guy, in full intimidating spandex regalia, and tells him "Fk you, driving by yelling at cyclists” A lot of yelling goes on and the bat is waved in the air a lot before the big guy turns and walks away… All this while a few jaw dropped tourists are sitting in their rental cars trying to pull out of Sandy’s just a few feet away. Our friend is from is a Haole/mix guy from Kauai and was like “what, that guy wasn’t even big…”
Oh man, that is one thing I don’t miss…the big mokes and their trucks(they are synonymous,therefore one). I don’t care how big or small the guy and the bat were, it’s the batu he probably smoked that made the situation the most dangerous. Good thing the Blala didn’t get back into his truck and come after you guys. Be well Tai, tell Candes hi for me.
