Web gurus help: Domain Name question?

Hi, am hoping someone can help ,e out - I know there are some web guru’s here.

If say I have the domain name harry.com do I aautomatically have the rights to something like admin.harry.com

if so can you point me to somewhere that shows me how to set this up.
