Good article about Jeff! Nice guy, solid coach. I used him a few years ago. In 6 mths, he took me from “clueless” to Top 20 AG finish in my first IM.

One additional tidbit about his “uber-biker” credentials:

*He had the Fastest Bike Split enroute to his 3rd Place Finish at the 1994 Ironman World Championship…
