He actually is. Before he started in on this psycho babble business, he owned (and maybe still does own) a company called Courtroom Sciences, Inc. He and his associates provided absolutely brilliant assistance to trial lawyers, including mock trials, demonstrative aids, jury consulting, etc. That is how he met Oprah – when she was involved in that beef trial in Amarillo. Although I’m sure his current occupation is more lucrative (even though the trial business made him lots of money), I do believe that it demeans his real talents.
He should be put in the hole Saddam Hussein came out of.
