I just did a pretty thorough on bike cleaning (along the lines of Josh’s recommended process for on-bike cleaning) then used the Silca drip on wax applying as directed and letting it sit for 24 hours. I’ve got 200 miles of gravel on it so far with zero noise. I just hosed the dust off the bike quickly one time and the chain is clean to the touch. This early in I am a big fan - total additional time compared to my old clean and oil procedures which was to clean and re-apply each weekend - maybe 10 minutes, but considering I haven’t had to re-clean or re-apply so far it’s a wash if not approaching an actual time saving. Best part was I go the Silca drip wax at half off as part of the ugly bottle sale.
