To answer your question, any bottle made of 100% Lexan does not have an aftertaste. These are bottles that are made of a hard, completely clear plastic (although sometimes a little color is added to the material). The outdoor co-op REI sells many types of these from the ‘Nalgene’ brand for backpacking, hiking, that sort of thing. I am not sure if any are made for biking applications, as the bottles tend to be so rigid that they would not have the flex or ‘give’ to squeeze in and out of a traditional bottle cage. But I might be wrong on that, so look around.
Squeeze some lemon in the bottle and shake . This should help the taste.
