Watching ITU U23 champs: "Bailie gets red card for cutting swim course" Does red card = DQ?

She’s pulled a pack up to the leaders - so they let her bike / run and then DQ?

Under ITU rules this is a Stop and Go - and reenter the course at the proper place - but not sure how they could do this here – will be interesting to see the Technical Directors decision.

oh, thanks for the info - I don’t remember where she came out of the water, but perhaps they stopped her in T1 already.

She is still racing. She has been disqualified, but can complete the race and protest the disqualification.
