In any triathlon related item, in case the product fails due to warranty which process would you prefer?
- Processing warranty through dealer/store you bought.
- Contacting the company/manufacturer directly and processing through them.
There are cons and pros for both, I’ve been in both stiations multiple times and there is not a faster or better way. Sometimes dealer/store is better and sometimes manufacturer. But in general, regardless of the item (bike frame to running shoes) do you feel “middle man” slowing the process or making it more convinient?
