I have all kinds of 8 speed stuff. I have about 6 cassettes, mostly DA and 1 or 2 rear DA der. I also have 8 speed barend shifters…etc. Let me know what you need.

i’ve been looking for a set of 8 speed shifters for a while now. can use either downtube or sti (they’re going on a trainer bike i’m trying to get together for my wife).
a cheap 8-speed wheelset would be good to.

(of course, in keeping proper etiquette, the OP should have first dibbs on whatever you might have, but if you have either of the 2 items i need and he passes on them, please PM me details. thanks!)

Just to chime in on 8 speed stuff, i have a 8 speed unused SunTour casette and also 8 speed Shimano grip shifters.

I have an older 600 RD and an Exage 500 RD as well. The 600 is pretty well used, the Exage is pretty nice.

Also well used Profile Aero II bars and matching Profile cowhorns (42cm), both in gray anodized finish.

Prices would be cheap, like maybe you just pay the shipping and you can have the stuff.

I’ve got a 7 speed freewheel (12/23) with only a couple hundred kilometers on it and it is attached to a HED disk wheel with 126mm spacing. Interested? Make me an offer.

Shouldn’t you be looking for Single pivot brakes not Dual pivot?

I have some of each sitting around. Dia compe single pivot and ultegra 600 dual pivot.

I’ve got a like new front Velocity Deep V 650c wheel (28 spoked) with an ultegra hub. It might have 30 miles on it. Let me know if you are interested.

I don’t know if you r still looking but I have Ultegra 600 brakes, front and rear derailluer from 1991.

I have a mid 80’s Nishiki Linear funny bike frame (garage paint job)/fork/front 24" wheel/Campy headset installed stem (not period correct)/Mavic Bullhorns (slightly modified).

Not sure what model the head set is, just that it is Campy. The front wheel is original Shimano 105 32 hole (I think) radially laced with 15ga Wheelsmith spokes to an Araya box rim (rim and hub original to bike - spokes were changed out).

The ends of the bull horns were cut off to enable current time trial levers to be mounted.

I have a red Tomassini frame with 650 carbon fork (also have original chrome) rear is spaced for 7/8/9 speed. I currently has all C-Record on it (i would keep the components!)

Also have a 650 front tubular rim to go with it.
