No. Floyd got off the front, but Jan caught him. Once Jan caught up then Floyd stopped pushing, so the 3 just looked at each other, no one having any incentive to drive the pace.
The goal was for Floyd to win with a fast descent. Apparently, it was working for a bit, until Jan caught on.
