I got a handful of VISA gift certificates and some of them with very high balances. I’d like to use multiple to purchase a Zwift Ride from Wahoo but they customer service response basically said I cannot use multiple payment methods and better luck next time. Also said I should use FSA/HSA since I’m in the US…except I don’t have HSA/FSA. And doesn’t really matter in my opinion as that wasn’t my question.
Wasn’t very helpful but wondering if there’s any alternative to the e-commerce option or if I can actually speak with someone at Wahoo.
