Hi all -
My new HRM-Dual used to connect to the iPhone wahoo app no issues. Now it connects but I don’t get HR. The Ant+ head unit shows HR and I can’t figure out what the issue is.
I’ve tried adding it, deleting it, Bluetooth on and off over and over and can’t find any solutions online.
Has anyone had this happen to you? Any fix advice?

Not sure, but after burning through 2 HRM-Dual monitors not lasting a year I moved back to the garmin HRM, which now also supports Bluetooth. I found the HRM-Dual not to be very durable.
As much as I hate giving garmin anymore business (due to software and hardware quality issues), the HRM-Dual felt very disposable for me. FWIW, I use the monitor everyday, and clean the strap daily as well.
Try un-pairing the HRM from the head unit, then see if it will pair with the iPhone when it is completely un-paired from anything.
could be the bluetooth portion of it is wonky. I found out (one of) mine was behaving like that. You can see it from the flashing LED. If it ain’t blue, it aint working.
