Vredestein Tubulars
Anyone currently riding or rode these tires in the past?
If so…your opinions please.
I’ve got a couple pairs and like them pretty well. The ride smoother than Conti’s and seem to have better puncture resistance than Vittorias.
The only negative on them IMO are the latex tubes that require inflation before every ride.
I have used these for the last couple of years and really recommend them, smooth and pretty resistant to punctures, in the UK they are a little on the expensive side but definately worth it

That may be a negative to some, but my understanding is that latex tubes provide a much better ride than do standard butyl tubes. I haven’t done any comparison testing myself, but my mechanic tells me that the difference is huge - akin to the difference between top quality tyres compared to low-end ones. I believe that most of the high-end tubies have latex tubes in them for this reason.
