Which vitamins /supplemments do you take?

Here is my list I’ve found to be helpful in training with energy & keeping from getting sick:

Vitamins/Supplements: I take ten (10) as follows every morning with out fail:

  • 1000mg flax seed oil (softgel)

-Chelated calicum,magnesium, zinc supplement tablet

  • Ester-C 500mg capsule

  • CoQ-10 (Coenzyme) 30 mg softgel

-Quercetin 500mg plus “C” 1400mg capsule

-Saw Palmetto complex softgel

  • L-lysine 500mg tablet

  • Lycopene 10mg soft gel X 2 = 20mg

  • E-400IU softgel

  • GNC Solotron multi vitamin tablet

Smitty

I take a multivitamin/multimineral per day, and glucosamine/chondroitin. Does the trick.

I take this stuff called Reliv (powder that you mix with water and drink), it’s got pretty much everything. I like it. I copy and pasted the label from their website:
