question for the wrenches.
just bought a replacement cable kit for my Vision Brake Levers and in the kit were some springs. Below is a picture of them. Does anybody out there know exactly what Vision was hoping I would do with these. The instructions make no mention of them and I do not recall every seeing them on a bike before.
