Vision base bar can I get a black powder coat?,or gloss only?

Can I get the vision base bar in a anodised black powder coat or is it gloss only?,I already have a pair of gloss they chip easily,I have seen a pair on Ebay with the powder coat with silver lettering is this a new model for 2007?

The powder coat version are the ones that come stock OEM on new Cervelos etc. Someone probably took the bars off that came with their new bike, you can find some powder coated ones new occassionally, but most are gloss.
