Just a suggestion… I don’t want to override the epic days thread and cause massive slowtwitch upheaval but how about epic week from say Sunday to Sunday for a more accurate portrayal of the training workload?
Morning swim: 4000 meters, 4400 yards, 44 pts
Noon’s run: 20K, 12.5mi, 50 pts
Total: 94 pts

Can’t beat the Kona-strength winds coming through the Golden Gate this afternoon, heavy fog (almost dark at 4PM) and about 50F, but sunny and a little warmer (60F) in most of SF and even nicer over in Marin (72F). Got blow around on the bike. I hate summer in sf.
