I am kinda getting into this virtual camp a bit late, but for the week of Mon Jun 27 to Sun Jul 3, I did:
14000 m of swimming (a 10 year record for me) = 15,000 yards (150 pts)
550 K bike (341 miles of biking) = 341 pts
60 K of running ( 36 miles) = 144 pts
Total = 635 pts
