Which are the best both for cycling and for triathlon?
The only true Tri shop is Final kick. They have a good small bike department and sell Cervelo, Soft-Ride and Guru and maybe something else.
For everyday kinda stuff I go to Contes. They have several shops in the area. Va Beach has a big shop and I am told they have a lot of Tri bikes/gear. I typically go to the shop in Newport News so I havent been to the Va Beach shop lately. They so have litespeed,Specialized and I think Trek.
There are seveal other shops but I am not real familar with them.

The VaBeach Contes has a better overall selection of tri-bikes than Final Kick. But Final Kick has Cervelo and Softride.
I also frequented the Newport News Contes while I was there.
For my $$, Contes and Final Kick are the only shops to really consider in the area. Contes has the best wrenches.
