Our house for the weekend just fell through and we need to find a place to stay for two athletes and their spouses. Anyone with any contacts or ideas, please PM me. Most hotels are requiring two nights and cost about $300 a night. We are on a budget and can’t go more than about $200 per couple. We only need Saturday night. Homestay would be great, we will take you to dinner too!

try the Hilton up there in Santa Rosa or they also have a few hotels by the old Santa Rosa Train STation.
i booked only a few days ago. try doing a travelocity search for santa rosa, ca. there might be still options available for the motel 6, days inn, etc. type of lodging. good luck!
The two night minimum is what’s killing me. I only want to stay over Saturday night. Did I mention I didn’t want to sell my house in order to afford the room?

I got a one night reservation at the Best Western Garden Inn in SR, though I did book it in January. Have you checked B&Bs? Though most will have the 2 night minumum.

Good luck. I wound up sleeping in my van last year because I waited too long before I started looking for a place to stay (in retrospect, it was actually kind of fun - then again it was just me, not the wife or children).
