Vineman does offer an aqua bike - both full and half.

70.3 First. Trust me you’ll thank yourself after the event that you didn’t do the full yet. Did the full at Vineman before - awesome experience. But, honestly go with the 70.3 first. Not that you can’t do an Ironman distance, you can! But, doing an excellent 70.3 is a nice prelude to racing an Ironman.

Thanks for the replies guys! I registered for the 70.3 this morning. Now it is time to focus on my training. It has been noted that the bike coarse will be hilly. Should I purchase some clinchers and wheel for a more aero advantage?

That is great, but if you think you can hack 'em, I highly recommend tubulars. That’s what Lance rides and he is the fastest cyclist ever.

sorry i meant clip on aero bars. I will keep tubies in mind though.
