So did lance end up riding the Ironman course for time at all?
Are the ‘others’ to which you refer properly set up?
As I mentioned, obviously their is a range, but in watching Armstrong closely in this video from the side he appears to be at the very low end of the range, regarding leg extension at 6:00 - theres still a lot of bend at the knee.
Now, I know that many cyclists, triathletes included if they are left to their own devices, they tend to set themselves up too high on a bike. You see this in the many “Critique My Fit” posts on here. It’s become a bit of a joke, but the, “Your seat’s too high”, remark is aptly true many times.
So again, I was just hoping to hear back from the more knowledgeable fitters and power experts about how Lance is set up and what can be learned from this, if anything.
