Road or Race, looks like the only difference is 5 mm of width and about 30 grams. Am I missing something else. My wife can’t find a comfortable tri saddle, and I’m thinking this may be the ticket now, but not sure which one to go with. Anyone with experience with these have some input to offer?
You will see lot’s of advice and posts on this saddle.
I went with an ISM Racing Saddle and can say that I finally found the right tri saddle.
Search some of the other posts regarding setup. Setup is extremely important with this saddle. After having tried several different saddles I think the most important piece of advice is setup (i.e. set height and fore/aft adjustment) more so than the saddle. If you are not setup correctly than no saddle in the world will help…
Neither. The Adamo Typhoon. It’s a bit bigger in the back, way more padding throughout. If she likes softer saddles, the Typhoon.
I believe the one that works is the one that interfaces the
best with your “pants yabbies”. (about half way down the page)

She might want to try the Cobb Flow.
I have the ISM road and it’s great for ~30k, leaves my a little sore in the medial hams after that.
I’m not doing anything really long now, so I’ll stick with it, but I had the Flow for IMAZ and Kona and the only real problem I had is that all of my shorts have a seam running from the center down the inside of the leg and it pressed on the Flow and I had some numbness issues after about 3-4 hours. I want to see his new TT saddle that’s supposed to be out next month. The New Flow 2 or whatever appears that it might solve my issues, but I’m waiting a bit. If I had to do an IM today, I’d put the Flow back on.
