Has anyone done this one before? Just looking for what to expect as far as, does the start go off in waves, is the bike course hilly or relatively flat, any other stuff we should know going in?

Thanks doc’. I’ll be the slow one so you can’t miss me. Sounds like a great race and a good cause that the money is going to. The race directors were great about letting me change from doing the sprint race over to doing the oly distance relay with my good friend (who can run). We are teaming up to try to beat my 30 year old son, so with your info I may break out the TT bike for it’s first race.
