What is the difference between the circuit, circuit II, and the circuit comp?

Never heard of Circuit or Circuit II. Velomax only lists the Circuit Comp.

I think that Circuit and Circuit Comp are more or less interchangeable product titles and simply denote the differences in the year they were produced (Circuit Comp may have come first followed by Circuit). Circuit II may refer primarily to OEM wheels produced and decaled according to customer specifications as Colorado Cyclist offers the Circuit II (pictured here):
