VASA Workouts

I’d love to hear what those of you who use a VASA do (i.e., the specific exercises, etc.).

Yep, did. He seems to be suggesting the full pull motion. Not much else.

Swim more, VASA less.
The swim bench was an interesting approach, but swimming is so much more than pulling. I think they are a complete waste of time.

I don’t know if it was VASA I was slapped on to strengthen my latts and rotator cuff or just a flat bench, and I liked it. As a girl though maybe my arms are naturally weaker? I don’t know. I only know that as part of dryland workouts I am forced on that evil contraption and I like it.

The bench thing I was on I just kind of laid there face down and pulled my body upwards with my arms. Coach would have me squeeze at the base and hold (oh God that sounded bad) then release and do again. Ok my mind is in the gutter now, time to log off.

No clue if that helped or not, but my latts and rotator cuff got freaky strong in a way different than just the weight room.
