I have a set of Z808s on order. It dawned on me that my inventory of tubes aren’t going to have long enough valves. What’s the best solution? I’d THINK it would be mega-long valve stems, but I’ve searched for 'em with no luck.
Clinchers, by the way… no sweet removable valve cores.
You are wrong about that. Yours may not be, but they are made–very common–I am looking at some as I write. I would tell you what they are, but a girl has to have some secrets, doesn’t she?

Bitch!
Found some on my own, so there. Neener neener! Will run them w/ the cool extenders then.
the 808s come with extenders
.
Vredestein makes tubes with 80 mm valves.
mine are contis race 700 are you using the suck-butt plastic extender oh I hope not that’s why you are removing the valve stems right and oh by the way I have found that some pumps mine for instance do not quite fit over the replacement valve extenders so when buying a pump make sure you get one that fits and don’t forget to use the plumbers tape on the valves when you screw them in and do one up for flats and also if you have the 404 front make up your spare for the 808 so you don’t have to carry two and if you have a road bike and swap the spare kit around make sure you have the tube with the extender at all times

My 606’s which has an 808 rear wheel came with a pretty slick Zipp valve extension. It is longer than a standard valve extension and it black with Zipp etched in it. They have them for sale on their site as well.
Vittoria makes clincher tubes with removeable valve cores. I think I got them from Glory cycles.
