Just filled my Zipp tubulars to stretch them before glueing onto my 808’s and one tire will not hold pressure…the valve core is not seating and it leaks…one tire is fine the other leaks…can you remove the core to replace it?..to see if a new one will seat properly?..I am pretty sure that you can…with a tool.

Yes, it can be done - you need one of the little U shaped tools (there are other threads on what this is and how to use it)-

You can remove moost valve cores with a pair of pliers and an adjustable wrench. two sides of the core are usually flat (i use the adjustable wrench on that) and then pliers on the valve itself if the core is really tight. If it’s not tight then the plier / wrench will loosen the valve core up. pull it out - clean it off - put it back in. blow the tire up to 50psi and put it into a sink of water to see if it leaks. if not put it on the wheel and stretch away…
If you use the U-tool it is very basic - but sometimes they are made of plastic and don’t work so well…
