I was just wondering about using WKO+ for different activities. For example Hiking, Swiming, Paddling and of course cycling. Do each of these activities play into the same training stress. Obviously cycling and hiking hit your legs and swiming and paddling hit different muscles. But do they all create the same TSS for the body, or should I lump only leg activities together for TSS and keep the others seperate? Do all training stressors effect TSS for the body or is cycling TSS different from paddling TSS.
I’ve been estimating my TSS based on time and perceived intensity for Paddling etc. For Cycling I have a computrainer and a power meter on my bike.
