Is the USAT key card falling apart for you as well? It appears that the last years material was a lot more durable. But what I got this year split only after two weeks.
They brag about the laminated cards but they are useless if they cannot hold on key chain. Even my local grocery store folks can make better customer cards. I guess I’ll just switch to them 
Yup, my card for this year fell apart within a couple months (on my secondary car keyring, no less).
I don’t really see much difference between last year’s and this. Maybe you can ask the main office to send another?

Well I dont really care for them shipping me another junk. I ran it through a foil laminator at work, which will be ok for now.
I just dont see what is the problem to get an appropriate material if they expect me to be using it for my 2Y membership. Well not a big deal I just felt like complaining about something on my long lunch break.

I’ve had mine for under a month and the lamination on both sides is peeling.
The previous one was fine for the full year…
Do all of you have it on your regular keychains? Never really saw a need to do that but rather just put it on a ring hooked to my tribag. Just a thought so it would get less wear and tear with keys.
