Not going to happen any time soon unless I find a killer deal, but what all is necessary to upgrade to electronic from mechanical? Is it just the bar-end shifters, front & rear derailleurs and a battery? How hard is it to install and/or calibrate these yourself or should it go to a shop? (I’m fairly confident with mechanic work, but by no means am a pro)

4 x e tubes (down tube, battery, RD, FD)
