There is really two master bedrooms. The lakeroom sits directly above the “master” on the same footprint. In any event no one could claim they couldnt read it. The house sleeps 16 people without the downstairs Master bedroom. Thanks for your interest

i could only imagine what this place would look like, after 16 (fragile ironman egos are all prepped and ready to race) athelets stayed in it for 6 nights (the special events min)… it would never be the same!
may want to rethin that security deposit, its hard to get hammer gel out of carpet…
I have rented houses at Several Ironmans including Lake Placid. Everyone of the owners have been amazed at how clean the house was when we checked out. We have had groups as big as 15 and its a great way to go. Plenty of room to relax and a kitchen to cook your own meals. Once you devide it up, the per person charge is much cheaper than what a hotel costs.
