Hard to say. But we know he runs Shimano, so it can’t be the black Campy record. My guess would be Zero Gravity. Certainly looks close enough to be ZG. But then again, it could be AX Lightness or some other super-spendy all carbon caliper.
ZG is easy to get online. Calfee sells AXLightness stuff. What do you need a super-spendy caliper for?
Hard to tell if thats it, but Giant has a carbon caliper they put on their T-Mobile TT bikes.

In years past it was some sort of Tektro, custom brake. A few pro’s have riddin it, not sure if ever made production.
Here they are at Interbike, they are tektro and are available via Quality or Oval.
