Rich could catch his minute man Jens Voight, and beat Ullrich by about 29 seconds (i.e. Ullrich beats Voight by 30 seconds)
Lance beat Voight by only 22sec in the Georgia TT a month ago, over a slightly longer course…

This means that Ullrich would’ve beaten Lance in this TT - ok, that’s a debatable one, but the numbers sure are food for thought…
