I actually called this out to Mrs. Duffy before the round started. One of the announcers asked “what is Jessica Eye going to do in round 2†and I said to the wife “Jessica Eye is going to fall unconscious to the mat in round 2â€
Shevchenko threw that same kick, but to the body 3 times in the first round (a forth kick was blocked).
She came out in round 2, threw one to the body. She got the reaction she was looking for (drop the hand to block) and the next kick went to the head.
