Does anyone know off the top of their head what the limits are on saddle setback. I guess I had assumed my bike fitter would not set me up improperly or outside the limits.
To that end I really have no idea if there is a max/min…min only or what.
The nose of my saddle is 9.5cm behind the bb. Do I need to change to fit in the rules…b/c if I do I will change it in 2 seconds easily enough.

**1.3.012 **The point of the saddle shall be a minimum of 5cm (see article 1.3.019 below) to the rear of a vertical plane passing through the lower bracket spindle. The saddle support shall be horizontal (see figure 1). The length of the saddle shall be 24 cm minimum and 27.5 cm maximum.
Okay great, at least I don’t have to change the setback. I do wonder about my saddle length though…it’s a Specialized Toupe Gel…but I cannot imagine a big company making a saddle that is not UCI compliant.

Just an FYI, I know saddles are an extremely personal choice, but man alive I have never known a saddle to give my taint 100% relief like this one. I tried the Adamo on some advice and it was much better than the Fizik, but this Toupe is really astonishing to me.
Just thought I would spread the joy in case some of you are looking for relief.
