got a mass puncture on the weekend and my tyre got a bit shredded, so now i need to replace it. any recommendations? its my back tyre

i ride a kona deluxe with aero bars attached. i think the wheels are 650 cc or whatever. i ride about 3-4 times a week. twice outside on weekends and about 1-2 times on indoor trainer durin week (its winter here). a chunk was taken out of tyres on my last outside ride and the tyre went flat straight away.im about 73kgs, which is about 155 pounds or so
