I am in the process of getting new tubies for my race wheels - seem to recall a recomendation by Tom D that 23 on the back at x PSI plus a X width at X PSI on the front was a good idea - been searching posts for a while now and can’t find it - anyone able to fill in the X’s for me?
I read somewhere that a wider tire such as the 23 actually has less rolling resistance, but a 19mm compensates for that by being more aero so is actually slightly faster. I think the article was posted here. Hopefully somebody can verify. BTW - I run 21/19 rear/front on my P2K an 22/22 on my road bike.
That’s the article i was referring to. Thanks for posting.
what the hell is a tyre?
