How did you do on your Feb goals?

What are your March goals?

Feb goal was 0 days using a particular unhealthy coping skill. I had 26 days without it! In Jan I used the unhealthy coping skill 3 days, so some progress toward ZERO.

Goal for March is to not use the unhealthy coping skill.

As of today I am 21 days in a row without using the unhealthy coping skill

I keep telling myself I need to check in more. Maybe I need to make it a new goal.. :slight_smile:

Things are still going okay on the diet end in that I’m keeping to my eating and tracking plan. I have hit a bit of a plateau with my weight for the last couple of weeks. I’m not making any adjustments yet, but if it continues I may need to taking things up a notch.

I guess the first step would be setting some goals :wink:
retired end of last year, still trying to figure out what’s happening.. oddly feel some shame/guilt at not working. volunteered some at church, homeless shelters etc, feels like not enough tho.
so, work in progress..
