Tucson Camp - gauging interest

I am hosting a camp for my athletes the week of March 3rd thru the 10th. I’m kind of curious if there would be any interest in opening up a second week (11th-18th) for folks to come down and ride and run in the sun under my direction. Really just a feeler at this point, but i’ve got a large house lined up on the east side of town that I’m contemplating holding over for a second week. The aim of the camp is firstly for any snow belters to see that bright orange bulb in the sky and do some riding and running and swimming beneath it sans cloud cover. I personally am most interested in advancing your understanding of how training works and is applied to you. This is quite all encompassing and doesn’t stop when you get off the bike or out of the pool. Please let me know if this should be of an interest for anyone. Should it come to it will cap the group at 10. Thanks very much and look forward to the responses.

What’s the cost going to be fish boy?

Possibly 2 or 3 of us depending on cost?

Can we all bunk at your house and is breakfast included ;0)
.

are you a good cook? what if you don’t want to swim?
just bumping for you.

Wasnt getting email updates about this thread so decided to check on it. Whoops. Will update shortly!

Breakfast is included. I.e. a 30min easy run every morning.

Rough breakdown

House: ~270 based on shared rooms and max capacity.

Ground Transport: 80-100/per… to be split evenly by attendees

Airfare and food are personal

Coaching: 400

SAG will be provided on the longer rides but not every ride. Running: Saguaro National Park, Sabino Canyon, wash trails near the house. Swimming: ARC center on SE side of Tucson (looking into UofA but it would be a very long drive each day). Riding: to your hearts content!

Prior to the camp I’d like to keep up a discussion about your goals for the year, your current training as well as get a gauge as to your understanding (or desire to understand) how it all gets put together. This camp is not just for training and getting in huge miles on the bike but also to learn and grasp a greater understanding as to how training is meant to evolve and your adapting to it. I’m not looking to pamper but to test and to teach. To help you become a better athlete and student of the sport.

Please keep hitting me up with more questions!!!
