Tubular spare tire

What is the best way to carry your tubular spare tire? Pictures if possible please.

I use a aero botttle, slice open in the back about a half way so I can open it up to stuff in the spare,CO2,and a 3,4,5 mm hex
I used a old carbon steerer tube cut in half then attach carbon bottle bracket to that, zip tie to seat post.Sand lightly and matte black spray paint.
For my retired QR I made a carbon fiber bottle using the plastic bottle as a mold/templete.(photo in profile)

Spare tubular with 2 co2 cannisters, air chuck and a can of fix-a-flat. How to fold the tire: http://picasaweb.google.com/108112939684385339347/FoldingATubularTire?gsessionid=H8bH5Z-4xBgTcYgOyrkCIQ#
Its all held together with velcro straps picked up at the local hardware store. I did the straps in layers so if I just want to take off the fix a flat can without taking off the tire from under the seat I could.
