Vittoria Mastik One. I get it from trisports.com, though my local shop also stocks it. I use a fair bit of glue, but almost certainly not as much as many. There are many good threads on the best gluing protocols.
I have Zipp carbon tubular rims. I now use the Continental carbon rim cement. I follow the Conti instructions to the letter. Too much glue is as bad as too little glue (different consequences but bad all the same). Also, I recommend watching the Zipp video of gluing tires to rims. FWIW, I believe that Zipp states to NOT use glue tape on their rims. I buy my glue online and acid brushes at the hardware store for applying the glue.
I use Continental and a finger with a latex glove. Run a bead whether it be on the tire or the rim. Spread the bead with your finger in a nice even pressure all the way around…done. I just remounted a zipp tire in about 2 minutes.

Paul, I assume you still had some old glue left on the wheel.
I use Conti Carbon Rim Tire glue. I tear off a piece of Saran Wrap & use the index finger to smooth it out on the rim. Why waste a good latex glove–Saran Wrap is cheaper.
Most of the time I’m changing tubbies in the evening for the next day, so yes, it sat over night. Sometimes, though I will change one and then ride it right after. You just have to be a bit careful in turns. Around here that’s a tough order as I routinely hit well over 40mph a few times each day and lots of those are through switchbacks and such. It’s not that big a deal in AZ riding them right away. When the tube says to wait 10 minutes before mounting the tire to the rim, in AZ that 10 minutes becomes about 3 due to lack of humidity. The tire glue dries extremely fast here.
Yesterday I epoxied my elbow pads back down on the aerobars and before I could glue it, put on my shoes and head out the door for a ride, the epoxy was dry already.
