How often do you need to replace the sealant?
I have asked about tubeless at the LBS a couple of times. Every time i do they shudder and tell me to forget i even hear of tubeless. They claim the sealant will ruin your wheels. They are obviously very biased so i don’t debate it with them but am curious… is there any downside potential damage potential to the actual wheels? Also, does it make sense to think about running these on carbon clinchers or no?
Check out IRC’s formula line of tubeless tires. they have a light version which is 240g, way less than most other tubeless tires as far as I know. the top of the line model has super low rolling resistance too, especially compared to other tubeless.
