Maybe a dumb question. But can I put sealant in while the tube is already on the tire? Or do I have to install it into a limp tube?
Deflate the tube.
Insert the sealant.
I add sealant after it is all mounted up, prior to inflation.
I put it in my tubes while its on the bike… let the air out a little, remove valve stem. I then inject my sealant through the valve stem, put valve stem back in and re-inflate.
I use Truckerco Cream, similar to Stan’s Race IMO (i.e. latex w/ little chunks of rubber) and less expensive. It also comes with an injector… clear tubing on a graduated syringe.
