Would one of these be any good combined with a PR3 for a rear wheel application?

I ask as I’m in Malaysia at present and neither of the two LBS’ I’ve visited have/had my preferred latex tube.
One of them (very cool hole-in-the-wall shop, wish I brought my camera) suggested I try this…any opinions from the tube/tyre gurus?
