Could I get some expert advise on my TT position? Hoping you guy’s can help me tweak it to the best it can be. Can someone tell me how to post or attach a photo.
- Post the pic on a server like tinypic.com
- When in advanced mode here, click on the square box in the tool bar toward the far right (if you hover over it, it says “image”)
- Paste the URL that tinypic gave you into the box that pops up.
- You should see the picture appear before you hit “post reply”. If not, you did something wrong and try again.
Hope this helps.
Ok He is a link

.
The picture on your wall is crooked.
2nd pic looks better to me, but your extensions seem a little short. If the extensions were maybe 2cm longer it would be near perfect.
2cm more would really put me over the UCI limit. I am already over 75cm by 5cm they allow for being so tall.
thanks I will adjust the picture
That is the biggest PC I have ever seen. And get a friggin flat screen monitor would yeah.
I am waiting til this one dies.
nice vacuum - did you clean up for the pic?
back looks pretty flat - good!
Why does that matter ? Do you race UCI sanctioned events ?
Every now and then the UCI reg’s get thrown at us like at Nationals last year. I would rather follow it and not have to change something for an event
The first picture looks a little more aero. The shoulders to elbows forward will narrow your frontal area.
How do you like the Q rings?
I think that if you held the bars where they’re intended to be held your cockpit would look a little longer without having to change anything.
I really like the Q rings They seem to help whether it is the seeming or they really do I am not sure but I do like them.
Are yousaying with my hand more at the ends with the shifters more in the palms of my hands?
Yes. It will take a little bit of time for it to feel natural. It’ll make shifting a little easier, too.
Check out the picture of Normann riding his Kuota in all the adds for the bike and note where his hands are.
Most of the time I ride that way but I had the timer on for the camera and was setting it and jumping on the bike.
“I had the timer on for the camera and was setting it and jumping on the bike.”
I gather this means that you weren’t pedalling? If so, it might explain the rather pronounced difference between where your seat meets the saddle, which, in turn, seems to have a serious impact on your overall position. Without knowing anything about your flexibility, comfort, digestion, race length, etc., I have no input about which pic is better or what is good/bad about either, but I think the 4-5 cm difference in where you’re sitting on the saddle further precludes any position analysis.
The sitting differnce I did on purpose to show the different spots I ride I know That I will start back and depending on the terrain move FW or back.
