TSR - Mr. Tibbs lives!

raced Saturday, in the rain, still was fun. I thought I was doing badly until I found out I was fourth in my group. Still thought I could have biked much better. first race of the season, though. I taped my rear wheel with TSR, no comments from anyone. On the other hand, the wheel didn’t rattle, it made that interesting whoosh sound that I could hear when the wind stopped blowing. A Hid designed jersey would have been nice - anyone seen him lately?

The rumor in the street around here is that he ran away with the million $ raised for the TSR racing team. Tibbs may get a postcard from some dreamy location pretty soon…

you guys want TSR vinyl stickers? it would be maybe $3 per sticker for one color, maybe $5 for the red and white plus shipping?

was that the little race … in hammonton or something? i was going to do that race on a bit of a whim (in jersey visiting friends), some late night bike “issues” and the morning rain made it easy to hit the snooze button 12 or 13 times. how was the race? the organization seemed a little sketchy.

Yes, it was a sprint. It wasn’t that bad. this guy has doing another sprint in the area for a couple of years. good food after. if I hadn’t paid, I probably wouldn’t have gone. 12 wackos showed up and signed up on raceday. Chuck now has three sprints this summer, sponsered by an LBS and a running store.

TSR! at the pro bike race yesterday, I tried to snag a Cervelo water bottle for you. No luck. If I can find a Litespeed bottle, I will send you my beloved Cervelo bottle. also, I will post a pic of my new (used) ride if I can find a place to host it.
