Trying to find a decent fitting run hat

Seems like every run hat I try on just fits horribly. I hate having the bottom edge go all the way behind my ears, and way down the back of my head. Most also seem to have too muchfabric up to so it looks all bunchy. I’ve tried Zoot, 2XU, and Headsweats. I LOVE my 2XU visor but the wife worries about my bald noggin.

So I guess what I need is low profile, with skull-close fit. any suggestons?

How about the Desoto cap? Their shorts and jersey fit me great.

Nike Dri-Fit caps have always seemed the most comfortable to me. Been wearing them for years. Hate just about every other type.

i have a really small head, and almost every other hat on the planet has enough material up top to overlap my ears by an inch or more. this one fits perfectly snug against my head with no bunching, and as a bonus the velcro adjustment at the back doesn’t limit how small i’m able to cinch it down. i liked my first one so much i bought another!

great wicking properties, too.

cheers!

Pearl Izumi make a great running hat. I like the band much more than the headsweats and others out there.

I have the same problem. Nike makes a great Dri-Fit hat that is mostly of a mesh-type material, but it fits great. Close fit around the head, no bunching, easy to adjust. I found mine at Sports Authority.
