I bought front this off of road bike review and really didn’t play with it much. a back injury hampered my season. it spins smooth and as true as can be. HOWEVER, here is the deal. I know only what the previous buyer knew. It is carbon and russian made.
i glued a low mileage Tufo 19mm Jet Special (?) on it. the wheel just needs someone else as curious as I was. Pics available (don’t know how to post 'em here)
The brand is TPONKA.
